Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you create an account, list a product, place an order, leave a review, or donate on Lensh. By ticking the acceptance box at signup, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Lensh is a marketplace. Sellers publish their own listings and are responsible for the price, photos, sizes, stock, and description. Buyers order from a seller and pay that seller on delivery. Lensh keeps the record of the account, the listing, and the order.

You must give a real name and an email you can access. One person should not open accounts to mislead buyers or other sellers. Keep your password private.

Listings must be for products you are allowed to sell. Do not post unlawful, counterfeit, or misleading goods. If a product has sizes, the sizes you enter are the ones a buyer can choose. You must honour the size, price, and quantity shown at checkout.

Orders are an agreement between the buyer and the seller. The buyer gives a delivery name, phone, and address. The seller updates delivery status. If an order is marked not delivered, the stock returns to the listing.

Reviews must be about a product you are allowed to rate. You cannot review your own listing. Stars and written comments appear on the product page and on the seller’s dashboard.

Donations to Lensh are voluntary. They are not a purchase of a product. Until a live payment provider is connected, donation checkout is simulated and recorded for the Lensh admin team.

Company pages and journal articles are published by Lensh. They do not replace a seller’s listing or a buyer’s order.

Lensh may suspend an account or remove a listing that breaks these terms. Continued use of the marketplace after a change to these terms means you accept the updated terms.
