Privacy policy

Lensh stores the details you give us so the marketplace can run. Creating an account means you have read this policy and the terms and conditions.

For an account we keep your name, email, password, contact number, and city when you provide them. Sellers also give a shop name and a WhatsApp number. That WhatsApp number is shown on their product pages so buyers can message them. We keep the products a seller lists, including photos, prices, categories, and sizes.

For an order we keep the buyer’s name, email, phone, and delivery address, the product, the chosen size, the quantity, and the amount. That record is shown to the buyer, the seller of that product, and Lensh admins.

Reviews store the star rating, the written comment, and the name on the account. They are shown on the product page and to the seller of that product.

Donations store the donor’s name, email, phone if given, amount, and note. Admins can see those records. A donation is not shared with sellers.

The cart is kept in your browser until you check out or clear it. Sign-in uses a token stored in your browser.

We use this information to sign you in, show shops and listings, complete orders, display ratings, and operate the admin desk. We do not sell account details. A seller sees the delivery details of orders placed with that seller.

You can ask Lensh to correct account details from your account, or to close an account that is no longer in use, subject to orders that still need to be completed.
